Job Summary
Open new accounts for consumer and small business customers while completing required documentation. Proactively reach out to current clients via phone to deepen relationships and recommend additional products. Process routine financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, in full compliance with regulations. Perform account maintenance activities and collaborate with partners and branch staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Partner with other business units on sales and service initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 or more years of banking experience including business and personal account opening
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy or service
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong PC skills (MS Office)

- Highly developed customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively on a team, as well as self-directed ability to function under limited supervision
