Job Summary
As a Relationship Banker at Chase, you will lead relationship-building with clients in the Roseville branch, delivering attentive, hospitality-driven service while educating clients on banking solutions and technology (e.g., Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs). You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, tailor product recommendations to financial needs, ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with product specialists to address complex financial needs. The role requires strong communication, the ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail, and flexibility to work branch hours including weekends/evenings. Strong emphasis on delivering memorable client experiences and leveraging banking knowledge to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses as minimum requirements
- All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMorganChase’s licensing program within 180 days of hire
Additional Requirements
- Criminal conviction history, credit report review, information through NMLS, and any other compliance checks as part of SAFE Act requirements for Mortgage licensing
