Job Summary
Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach, follow-up, and in-person or virtual engagement to provide counsel on banking needs. Assess customer requirements, obtain account information, and process transactions while educating clients on deposit, loan, and digital products. Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications based on unique goals. Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products to optimize the client experience with operational excellence. Requires NMLS registration under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Satisfactory criminal and credit record
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
- Ability to work from a U.S. Bank location for all scheduled workdays
Desired Qualifications
- Less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience
- Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up
