Job Summary
Relationship Associate responsible for managing accounts and driving growth for independent auto dealers. You will develop understanding of dealer needs using CRM tools, promote product solutions and campaigns, manage and service dealer accounts, mitigate risk, and travel within the assigned market (Atlanta East/Smyrna) 25-50% to support customers. The ideal candidate has two years in customer-facing or sales roles, a valid driver’s license, and strong teamwork and tech skills (CRM, mobile apps, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Tableau). You will focus on elevating relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to dealer growth through focused, data-driven discussions.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles
- A valid driver's license with reliable and dedicated transportation
- Ability and desire to frequently travel 25-50% within your market to support our current and prospective customer base
- Desire and experience working in a multi-faceted environment, effectively managing multiple tasks with a strong focus on productivity
- Ability to use and understand technology required for your position such as mobile applications and software
- Ability to work independently and autonomously when needed as well as part of a team
- High level of accountability towards local goals and business targets
