Job Summary
Develop an understanding of customer needs using CRM tools and work queues. Identify dealer needs to promote product solutions and campaigns. Manage accounts and enhance dealer growth by engaging in focused performance-related discussions. Manage, service, and mitigate risk on customer accounts. Drive new growth opportunities while maintaining a positive customer experience. Requires two years in customer-facing roles, one year in sales or sales support, and a valid driver's license. Ability to frequently travel 25-50% within the market. Hourly rate $24.00 - $27.00 CAD with a target bonus of $0.00 - $5,600.00 CAD.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles
- A valid driver's license with reliable and dedicated transportation
- Ability and desire to frequently travel 25-50% within your market to support our current and prospective customer base
- Desire and experience working in a multi-faceted environment, effectively managing multiple tasks with a strong focus on productivity and the ability to adapt
- Ability to use and understand technology required for your position such as mobile applications and software
- Ability to work independently and autonomously when needed as well as part of a team
- High level of accountability towards local goals and business targets
Desired Qualifications
- Previous auto industry experience
