Relationship Associate responsible for servicing daily client requests, maintaining account data and loan-related documentary requirements to assess credit worthiness; coordinate with units to ensure delivery of bank services; prepare basic analysis of client proposals; assist in budgeting and business planning; handle customer complaints and propose solutions; develop relationship-building with internal/external clients; gain exposure to loan, trade, branch and treasury transactions.
