Relationship Associate

Relationship Associate at Grameen America, an entry-level role focused on relationship management with borrowers and members, weekly center meetings, and high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include facilitating meetings, building positive member relationships for membership and business growth, addressing member questions, recruiting and delivering exceptional member experiences through outreach and communication, monitoring loan activities and compliance with loan criteria, reconciling daily payments, and accurately inputting data in systems. Bilingual English and Spanish required; strong communication, integrity, punctuality, discipline, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and with a team. Schedule flexibility from Mondays to Fridays with early mornings and evenings; in-person field work with transitioning operations and a flexible work schedule.
