Relationship Associate - Customer Service

Job Summary
Create strong customer relationships and drive bank growth through superior service, cross-selling products with a consistent sales approach. Process over-the-counter transactions, assist customers with inquiries, and balance cash drawers while adhering to strict audit and compliance policies. Resolve simple maintenance requests and maintain knowledge of all bank operations, products, and regulations. Provide flexible coverage during banking center hours Monday through Friday and on Saturdays as needed. This role supports Minster Bank's century-long mission of helping individuals, families, and businesses achieve their dreams within a family-friendly, teamwork-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- A broad knowledge of products and services offered by the bank
- Solid knowledge of bank-wide regulations
- thorough knowledge of regulations and laws that relate to his/her department
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
