Job Summary
Lead the community and events fundraising portfolio with responsibility for delivering a diverse range of fundraising activity across the UK. Own key events, shape standout participant experiences, and work closely with the head of community and events to drive income, grow participation, and build long-term donor relationships. Motivate and develop others, hit recruitment and income targets, and contribute to a growing, ambitious team focused on making a real difference in people’s lives affected by kidney disease. Flexible hybrid working with a Peterborough-based office, and full-time (37.5 hours/week) with possible part-time consideration.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering successful fundraising events
- Proven ability to hit recruitment and income targets
- Strong leadership and people-development skills
- Ability to motivate and develop others
- Collaborative and proactive work style
- Excellent communication and relationship-building with supporters and stakeholders
- Experience within charity sector and kidney disease context (preferred)
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and UK office-based role in Peterborough
