Job Summary
The Relationship Advisor (Part-Time) at Addition Financial is responsible for cultivating relationships with members to assess their financial needs and promote credit union products. Key responsibilities include ensuring exceptional member experiences, driving membership and deposit growth, preventing fraud, handling transactions, and collaborating with branch operations. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Required education is a high school diploma or equivalent, with an eagerness to learn and support members effectively. This position requires working a minimum of 24 hours per week, including Saturdays, and entails an initial full-time training period.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a sales or member service role and cash handling experience
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Outgoing personality with a strong desire to assist members
- Proficiency in accurately processing transactions and requests
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in credit union systems including Windows and Microsoft Office Software
- Experience with core banking applications (Symitar/Epysis, Synapsys, Meridian Link, OpenClose, etc.)
