Job Summary
Relationship Advisor – MRC handles incoming calls to determine products/services for Members, with outbound education campaigns as needed; acts as a friendly, knowledgeable ambassador to educate Members on Mazuma’s products and guide them to appropriate solutions, aiming for First Call Resolution. Role requires delivering outstanding Member experiences, building product knowledge, assisting with account maintenance, explaining fees and paperwork, processing transactions and deposits/withdrawals, and proficient use of internal applications and banking tools. Strong customer service, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work a flexible schedule and handle extended hours including Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to take phone calls for up to 8 hours
- Flexible schedule including extended hours, holidays, or Saturdays
- Good mathematical ability and organizational skills
