Job Summary
Relationship Account Executive responsible for managing and expanding a roughly $1M portfolio within an assigned territory through consultative account management, upsell and cross-sell within the reseller channel. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries (pricing, products, billing, systems, compliance, legal), meet activity metrics (e.g., calls and talk time), and coordinate cross-functional support. Role emphasizes growing existing relationships, revenue through upsell/cross-sell, and post-sales documentation in Salesforce and related systems while collaborating with pricing, compliance, and legal teams in a hybrid work setting (virtual duties plus in-person at a TU office at least two days per week). Requires strong inside sales experience, ability to learn multiple systems, and proficiency with common Office tools.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or related experience
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple internal and external systems (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, CPQ, CLM, Teams, Outlook)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote)
