Job Summary
Advise customers on private insurance products such as auto, home, and liability coverage while preparing quotes and processing policy changes. Strengthen existing relationships and welcome new clients by managing the full lifecycle from initial consultation to claims support. Actively contribute ideas to improve service delivery. The role requires Wft-Basis or Wft-Schade certification and several years of experience in the insurance sector.
Required Qualifications
- MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Wft-Basis, Wft-Schade (particulier) of bereid deze te halen op korte termijn
- Een commerciële, advies- en servicegerichte instelling
Desired Qualifications
