Related Service Provider, OT- Occupational Therapist: Elementary (0.6-3 day/week)

Conduct diagnostic evaluations, implement treatment plans, and provide therapeutic services to elementary students. Confer with teachers and staff to offer recommendations for home and preschool implementation, while assisting in external referrals and educating parents on developmental support. Serve as a liaison between home, school, and community services, participating in IEP meetings and parent conferences to ensure plan adherence. Collaborate with faculty to develop activities, write goals, and facilitate student transitions across grade levels. Maintain accurate records, Medicaid logs, and confidentiality in compliance with state and federal laws.
