Drive recruitment processes from initial contact through onboarding, proactively build IT candidate networks, and interview candidates to match them with customer needs. Coach and manage a team of consultants, overseeing their development, well-being, and compensation while following individuals from first contact through career progression. Partner with customer managers to define competency requirements and track consultant performance in client engagements. This role combines talent acquisition with leadership within an engaging team focused on short decision cycles and high energy. You will work primarily from the office to foster close dialogue and community as Nexer Infrastructure continues to grow its support, operations, and infrastructure consulting business.
