Job Summary
Manage incoming telephone and online reservations, modifications, cancellations, complaints, and damage claims by verifying documents and coordinating with international partners and insurers. Leverage modern generative AI systems to independently handle customer inquiries and administrative tasks while serving as the liaison between German-speaking clients and global rental providers. This role requires fluent German and advanced English, with a commercial background or customer service experience preferred. The position offers flexible hours, over 30 days of vacation, and a 12-month fixed-term contract with an option for permanent employment. AurumCars, the CHECK24-owned car rental provider based in Augsburg, utilizes data-driven innovation and AI to enhance the customer rental experience.
Required Qualifications
- Fließende Deutsch- sowie fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice oder in der Sachbearbeitung
