Job Summary
Manage client inquiries regarding booked trips, last-minute offers, and expertise requests with a results-oriented approach. Inventorize client wishes to craft tailored travel proposals and coordinate continuously with partners such as airlines, hotels, and transfer providers. Plan and organize complete journeys from A to Z, ensuring personalized follow-up and providing all necessary information. Maintain availability for customers during shopping evenings and Saturdays to facilitate worry-free trip planning.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring in de reisbranche
- Een mbo diploma, bij voorkeur in toeristische richting
- Creatief en ondernemend
- Sterke skills in plannen, organiseren en overzicht houden
- Commerciële drive: je enthousiasmeert klanten zo dat ze hun volgende reis weer bij ons willen boeken
- Klantgericht werken
