Job Summary
Reinsurance Credit Control Operations Analyst (Fiduciary) sought in Manila for both Junior and Senior levels. Responsibilities include recording activities in workflow systems to meet payment, reporting, reconciliation and compliance requirements; acting as client contact for day-to-day payment and activity queries; identifying cash flow problems/exposures and proposing options; maintaining collaborative relationships with clients and reinsurers; supporting RFP activity with accurate remittance reports; reconciling fiduciary balances; following up on receivables; proposing and issuing payments; analyzing fiduciary metric balances; minimizing exchange exposure in multi-currency scenarios; and handling ad-hoc requests. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, ability to work independently or in a team, and availability to work daytime Asia hours. The organization emphasizes hybrid work with in-office collaboration three days per week in Manila.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in credit control and/or fiduciary within the Reinsurance sector preferred
- 2-3 years work experience for Junior level
- 4-7 years work experience for Senior level
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to engage, influence and negotiate with clients, market contacts, and colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work daytime in alignment with Asia time zones
- Independent work capability as well as in a team environment
