Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in reinsurance broking, focusing on P&C reinsurance
- Deep understanding of reinsurance market dynamics and product knowledge
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- Advanced understanding of the renewal and production cycle for clients and prospects
- Leadership abilities for coaching and mentoring
- High level of numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Professional qualifications in insurance or reinsurance (advantageous)
- ACII, FCA Level 1 (preferred but not required)
