Maintain cleanliness and well-being in resident rooms, hallways, and common areas by thoroughly cleaning floors, furniture, and sanitary facilities. Support housekeeping tasks to ensure residents feel at home while fostering friendly interactions with residents and colleagues. This role requires a careful and reliable approach, with experience in cleaning or housekeeping being advantageous but not mandatory. Friendly engagement with elderly individuals is essential. Work follows a five-day week schedule from Monday to Saturday, with Sunday off. The position offers fair compensation based on the Diakonie Saxony collective agreement, plus annual bonuses, vacation days, and pension contributions.
