Reimbursement Specialist Supervisor - Remote

Oversee the daily operations of the Reimbursement Specialists across multiple clinics, provide direct supervision and coaching, hire and train new staff, review complex prior authorizations and appeals, collaborate with providers and the Patient Assistance Program team to ensure timely patient access to medications, identify process improvements to boost efficiency and patient care, and prepare performance and workload reports while ensuring compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements.
