Job Summary
Oversees reimbursement and call center functions, supervises staff, and implements policies to ensure cohesive operation within Revenue Cycle Management. Develops and analyzes data reports to track progress, identifies fluctuations in output, and ensures compliance with local and federal regulations and accrediting standards. Collaborates with other functions and supports recruitment, training, and development of department personnel; emphasizes professional customer interactions and effective reporting/presentation of findings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in a health care billing or reimbursement related organization
- Minimum of five years’ experience supervising staff
- Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Able to effectively utilize pharmacy software platform
- Strong communication and presentation skills
