Reimbursement & Health Economics Analyst

Job Summary
Lead health technology assessment (HTA) projects to secure timely market access and lead economic evidence generation projects (including cost-effectiveness modelling and budget impact models) to highlight the value of Medtronic products. Develop input to strategic tenders and drive value-based procurement; identify payer opportunities and implement programs to reduce market access barriers across national, regional, and hospital levels. Collaborate with regional teams to align local needs with European and Global strategies and represent Medtronic to clinical stakeholders and industry bodies. Role can be hybrid near Copenhagen or fully remote within the Nordics, with travel ~15%.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Health Economics, Health Policy, Pharmacoeconomic, Market Access or alternative health degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in health economics or market access
- English and at least one Nordic language
- interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
