Job Summary

Lead health technology assessment (HTA) projects to secure timely market access and lead economic evidence generation (cost-effectiveness modelling, budget impact) to highlight benefits of Medtronic’s product portfolio. Provide input to strategic tenders and drive value-based procurement initiatives; identify payer opportunities and implement programs to reduce market access barriers at national, regional, and hospital levels. Collaborate with regional teams to ensure local needs are integrated into European and Global strategies. Represent Medtronic towards clinical stakeholders and participate in industry associations and policy meetings. Travel ~15% and work in hybrid/remote Nordic settings.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Health Economics, Health Policy, Pharmacoeconomics, Market Access or equivalent health degree or evidence of strong quantitative analysis skills
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in health economics or market access positions, or experience in hospitals/regions with data analysis or innovation projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language
  • Self-motivated with a passion to succeed
