Job Summary

Analyze, validate, and reconcile large volumes of financial and operational data using standardized analytical tools. Assist with reimbursement consulting projects covering Medicare DSH, Medicaid DSH, and Wage Index Occupational Mix Worksheet S-10. Research regulations to identify opportunities that improve client reimbursement outcomes and provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions. Support clients by building strong relationships while delivering exceptional service throughout engagements. Collaborate with professionals across the Healthcare Consulting Practice on multidisciplinary projects. This Staff Consultant role offers hands-on mentoring from experienced reimbursement professionals and exposure to meaningful client work early in your career.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Data/Business Analytics or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel to client locations as needed (primarily day travel with minimal overnight travel)
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship
  • Agency candidates will not be considered for this position

Desired Qualifications

  • Data analytics experience in SQL, Alteryx or Python preferred
