Job Summary
Conduct monthly revenue cycle analysis to identify payer reimbursement trends and revenue opportunities using Quadax billing applications and advanced reporting tools. Perform root cause analysis on findings in collaboration with business units and clients, then suggest corrective actions and track reimbursement improvements against KPI targets. Prepare summary findings for monthly briefings to Account Executives and Operations Management, contributing key data to end-of-month presentations and quarterly business reviews. Create ad hoc reports using Excel, Power BI, and SQL to enhance analysis work.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year bachelor's degree in Business Management, Healthcare Management, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience managing multiple tasks and objectives to achieve individual and organizational goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal departments, including executive teams
- Proven entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to establish priorities, work independently, and achieve objectives
- Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines while adapting to a changing atmosphere
- The employee will be expected to make judgement decisions, grasp new ideas, and communicate with various employees and clients at all levels
- Hybrid (3 days per week onsite after being in-office 100% the first 3 months)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Power BI, SQL, and Visio
- Experience in laboratory or general healthcare RCM
