Reimbursement Analyst

Job Summary
Lead health economics,HTA, and value-based procurement initiatives within Medtronic's Health Economics, Policy and Reimbursement (HEPR) team. Develop economic evidence, cost-effectiveness and budget impact models, and explore new business models and national strategies to improve patient access. Collaborate with clinicians, health authorities, and regional teams to align European and Global strategies, with 15% travel. The role is remote and based in Finland or anywhere in the Nordic countries.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or above in Health Economics, Health Policy, Pharmacoeconomics, Market Access or equivalent with strong quantitative analysis skills
- At least 4 - 7 years of experience in health economics or market access positions; or related data analysis/evidence generation in hospitals or regional settings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate with teams
- Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language
- Self-motivation and ability to work in high-stakes, cross-border collaborations with senior leaders
