Job Summary
Lead strategic health economics and market access initiatives for Medtronic in the Nordic region. Develop new business models, strategic tenders, and value-based procurement initiatives; lead HTA projects to secure timely market access; generate economic evidence including cost-effectiveness and budget impact models; identify payer opportunities and work with regional/global teams to reduce market access barriers; collaborate with clinicians, health authorities, and industry groups; represent the company to clinical stakeholders and policy forums. Role is remote and based in Finland or anywhere in the Nordic countries with travel ~15%. Fluency in English and a Nordic language required.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or above in Health Economics, Health Policy, Pharmacoeconomics, Market Access or equivalent with strong quantitative analysis skills
- At least 4 - 7 years of experience in health economics or market access positions, or related data analysis/evidence generation roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language
- Self-motivated with ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
