Job Summary
Reimbursement Analyst responsible for system-wide analysis, modeling, and reporting of third-party payer reimbursements in accordance with regulatory, accounting, and contractual standards. Tasks include monthly accounts receivable valuation, cost report preparation, revenue cycle analysis, coordination with the Manager of Reimbursement for Medicare/Medicaid cost reports, and support for external audits. Responsibilities also cover budgeting for Gross and Net Patient Revenue, coordinating year-end financial audits, maintaining relationships with Fiscal Intermediaries and external auditors, and providing analysis to optimize reimbursement. Requires advanced Excel and familiarity with health-care financial systems, and knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations. Preferred experience with Workday, Epic, Strata, or OfficeConnect; strong written and verbal communication, ability to work independently, and ability to operate in a complex environment. Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification: None required. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field. Experience: Typically 3 years in reimbursement including Medicare/Medicaid cost reports and related analysis. This is a fully remote role with eligibility limited to specified US states; no relocation or visa sponsorship is provided.
