REI Licensing Manager

The Licensing Manager will drive sales and oversee activities for growth and maintenance of licensed host railroads and related events. Responsible for actively selling and maintaining client relationships for licensed IP events and our ticketing systems, engaging with clients across North America to plan and execute events with licensed brands or ticket launches. Responsibilities include developing relationships with multiple event clients, researching and selling branded railroad-related events and ticketing solutions, maintaining CRM records, assisting in contract obligations, coordinating with marketing for national brand exposure, and supporting client business initiatives. The role involves extensive travel across North America and Europe, onsite work at venues as needed, leading the Annual Event Enhancement Camp, recruiting new clients, attending trade shows, reviewing client feedback, and ensuring all Event Guidelines are met with the Resident Designer. Requires strong communication, budgeting, project management, and editing skills, plus the ability to obtain or hold a US passport. Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and experience in client leadership and mentoring are expected.
