Job Summary
Conduct orthopedic rehabilitation sports courses, correct and guide participants during exercises, and plan structured course units. Assist with internal health formats and projects while maintaining social competence and empathy with attendees. This role supports Healthengineers' team in Cologne-Kalk, serving over 400 weekly participants with a focus on movement, nutrition, and mental strength. Flexible employment models are available, including part-time, full-time, or honorarium positions, with training support for the B-license.
Required Qualifications
- Übungsleiter B-Lizenz Rehasport Orthopädie (oder in Ausbildung)
- Sportwissenschaftliches Studium mit Bereitschaft zur schnellen Qualifizierung
- Gute anatomische Kenntnisse
- Eigene Trainingserfahrung
- Soziale Kompetenz und Empathie im Umgang mit Teilnehmenden
- Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Deutsch (fließend und sicher)
