Job Summary
Rehang poultry products onto moving processing line shackles in a safe and efficient manner while monitoring product flow to ensure proper spacing and line continuity. Remove damaged or contaminated items according to established guidelines and maintain daily yield and efficiency goals. Follow all food safety, quality assurance, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) standards, keeping the work area clean and organized. Communicate equipment or product issues to supervisors or maintenance personnel and assist with line setup, changeovers, and sanitation activities. Adhere to all personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements and perform other duties as assigned by management.
