Job Summary
Rehanger on the 1st shift at Farmer Focus is responsible for hanging birds on the shackle line in a fast-paced poultry processing environment. The role involves hanging birds by the hind leg (one area) or both legs (dapec area), rotating between two hanging areas, and performing related general labor tasks. Workers operate in wet/damp conditions with exposure to temperatures from 28 to 100°F, humidity, noise, and dust/feathers. Required duties include repetitive motion and heavy lifting, with emphasis on safety equipment use, ability to work overtime/weekends, and adherence to company CARES values. The position requires standing for long periods, climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, reaching, and carrying boxes/tools, and requires 18+ age, U.S. work eligibility, and the ability to work different shifts. No Sundays production and a commitment to equal employment opportunity.
Required Qualifications

- Related experience preferred but not required
