Rehabilitative Services Associate

Develop client training groups and individualized objectives while managing daily programming to establish community skills. Supervise clients to ensure safety, apply established behavior intervention strategies, and provide transportation to community sites. Maintain required documentation including attendance and therapy notes while communicating scheduling and client progress to the interdisciplinary team. Uphold strict client confidentiality, adhere to all agency policies, and complete mandatory training and seminars. Coordinate volunteer opportunities and facilitate community-based activities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities within the Community Mental Health Center.
