Review daily reports and binders to collect data and identify problems. Port clients to and from treatment rooms as required. Monitor resident ability to participate in therapy interventions and report changes in status to the Manager. Ensure daily statistics, equipment lists, and clinical records remain accurate and current. Prepare, clean, and maintain inventory of equipment, supplies, and laundry. Conduct daily environmental safety inspections, including monitoring equipment and controlling hazards. Provide input into policy development and participate actively in meetings and committees.
