Job Summary
Provide support to members to increase employment and independent living skills through partnerships with vocational rehabilitation counselors, community providers, and other parties. Work with the clinical team to ensure all services in members' individual service plans are implemented. Maintain current CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certifications while holding a valid Arizona driver's license. Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in behavioral health or related fields, plus one year of experience working with seriously mentally ill adults. Required Qualifications
- Master's or bachelor's degree with a behavioral health or related field
- Bachelor's degree in a non-related field PLUS one year related experience
- Associate's degree in any field PLUS one year related experience
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate PLUS three years' related experience
- Minimum one year experience working with seriously mentally ill (SMI) adults
- Experience with vocational, rehabilitation, educational, and social services for SMI adults
- Current CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Car insurance
- At least 21 years of age
