Job Summary
Lead a 30-bed rehabilitation unit as RN Unit Manager. Oversee daily operations, staffing, workflow, and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care for a medically complex population. Responsible for supervising nursing staff, coaching and mentoring, managing unit performance, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Day shift leadership role within Saint Mary Home, part of Trinity Health Senior Communities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Registered Nurse license in CT
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
- Rehab, skilled nursing, or acute care experience preferred
- CPR certification
