Rehabilitation Technician- Per Diem

Assess patients, develop and implement individualized rehab care plans, administer medications, and monitor progress toward functional recovery. Educate patients and families, coordinate with an interdisciplinary care team, and support safe transitions of care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. This role delivers specialized nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital at Encompass Health.
