Job Summary
Rehabilitation Specialist coordinates activities for residents of care and treatment facilities; assesses client needs and designs and implements rehabilitation programs. Performs skill training, cognitive remediation, job coaching, and behavior management objectives in accordance with treatment plan; reinforces appropriate client behaviors in residential, community and day/vocational settings; maintains client records; collects and reports data; prepares treatment plans and related documentation; arranges for or transports clients to planned activities; develops and implements therapeutic programs and schedules to ensure adequate direct care coverage; provides emergency coverage and participates in rotational on-call. Requires High School Diploma and 3 years rehab experience or a related degree/certification. Travel to Augusta a couple days per week; 40 hours/week; pay $18.75/hour (based on experience) with hourly rate annualized to $39,000.

- Three years of rehab experience, or Associates Degree or technical certification/licensure with one year related experience or equivalent, or Bachelors Degree in related field, no experience required
