Job Summary
As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will provide direct care to individuals with serious mental illness, assisting them in maintaining housing and achieving overall independence. Responsibilities include acting as a residential counselor, ensuring medication compliance, collaborating with service teams to develop individual service plans, and providing transportation to medical appointments. You will foster a supportive relationship with clients, celebrating their progress in recovery. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and access to an insured vehicle. The role offers a part-time commitment and a pay rate of $19.31 per hour.
