Job Summary

Organise and run rolling 12-week rehabilitation programmes, delivering both live-stream and in-person group exercise classes for participants with varying physical abilities. Facilitate weekly one-to-one telephone conversations to coach goal setting, monitor progress, and provide emotional wellbeing support, while promoting self-directed activity through on-demand classes and journals. Re-calibrate exercise intensities based on participant performance and identify any deterioration to trigger internal escalation processes, ensuring accurate outcome data capture. Engage collaboratively with onsite staff, central teams, and beneficiaries to support the charitable purpose. Requires a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, excellent IT skills, and experience working with vulnerable adults.
