Job Summary
Rehabilitation Specialist to join Aligned Modern Health in the Andersonville clinic, working with physical medicine doctors to progress patients through targeted therapeutic exercise programs and teach motor patterns. The role supports a one-on-one patient experience, requires an Exercise Science or Kinesiology background (certifications preferred but not required), and offers full-time hours with weekday evenings and one weekend day (schedule Tuesday–Saturday). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, PTO, and 401(k). Location is Chicago, IL. Eligible candidates will collaborate with physicians and other clinicians across rehabilitation, chiropractic care, and related therapies to deliver evidence-based, holistic care.
Required Qualifications
- Exercise Science or Kinesiology background
- credible personal training or exercise related certification (ATC, CES, PES, ACSM CPT, NASM CPT, ACE CPT, etc)
