Job Summary
Provide direct care and counseling to clients in Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program day and supportive living services; work one-on-one to help clients learn or regain skills for community and independent living; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individual service plans; provide transportation to medical appointments and advocate with clients, ensuring follow-up instructions are documented; build rapport as part of a trusted support system; participate in mentorship and training; role includes on-site work Monday–Friday 7:30am-9:30am and 1:30-3:30pm in Gaithersburg, MD; pay is $19.31/hour; requires a high school diploma or GED, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; must have a driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle; availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Driver's license with 3-points or less
- Willingness to obtain additional certifications and trainings as required
