Rehabilitation Services Manager

Oversee the operations and financial performance of the designated Resurgens Rehabilitation facility, ensuring quality treatment and excellent customer service for physical therapists, occupational therapists, and athletic trainers. Supervise 3–15+ employees by coaching staff, conducting one-on-ones, and managing annual performance evaluations while monitoring staffing levels based on patient census. Recruit, interview, and hire new staff, coordinate contract therapists, and facilitate departmental and interdepartmental meetings. Manage clinic inventory, coding, and invoice submissions to accounts payable, while assessing financial data to ensure fiscal responsibility and optimal reimbursement. Address patient complaints, maintain internal controls for the revenue cycle, and perform annual chart audits. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, OSHA regulations, and safety policies including fire drills and employee education. Directly supervise the rehabilitation location in accordance with Resurgens policies and applicable laws.
