Job Summary
Provide individualized, compassionate care as a Rehabilitation Registered Nurse in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care, and serve as a resource for staff while using advanced technology to support rehabilitation goals.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
