Job Summary
Providing direct inpatient physical therapy to patients in need of rehabilitation, supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and creating personalized care plans while addressing patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients to support their recovery and progress within Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation setting; contribute to a collaborative care team, utilizing advanced technology and evidence-based practices to drive patient outcomes. Requires current state licensure/certification and CPR certification; Master’s Degree preferred (or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience) and commitment to ongoing professional development.
