Rehabilitation Physical Therapist

Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to restore mobility, strength, and function. Collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and the interdisciplinary rehab team to support safe discharges and optimal outcomes. Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital.
