Rehabilitation - Occupational Health - Occupational Therapist

Assess home environments for safety risks, develop individualized treatment plans, and fabricate splints while training patients on adaptive devices. Document patient care accurately in the EMR and communicate plans with physicians and interdisciplinary team members. Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and oversee home health aide care when therapy is the sole skilled service.
