Job Summary
Evaluates patients for cardiopulmonary rehab services; conducts intake evaluations; performs physiological monitoring (blood pressure, pulse, oximetry, EKG) and assesses exercise response; provides patient and family education and counseling; acts as clinical charge in the absence of the Cardiopulmonary supervisor; participates in quality improvement/outcomes data collection and program evaluation; performs emergency treatment per BLS/ACLS within scope of practice; requires RN license, CPR, ACLS; 1 year CP Rehab or 3 years critical/intermediate care experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year clinical experience in Cardiopulmonary Rehab or 3 years in critical/intermediate care
- CPR - American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current licensure as a registered nurse by the Maryland Board of Nursing
