Rehabilitation Manager - Physical Therapist

Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department, supervise clinical staff, and support team development through hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and performance management. Manage patient care, billing, documentation, and compliance while building strong physician relationships and coordinating sports medicine programs. Lead budgeting, process improvement, and departmental planning to ensure operational efficiency and fiscal management. Drive department growth and performance to help ensure high-quality patient care and positive outcomes. Full-time position with very generous compensation, including health, dental, and vision insurance with employer contributions, plus 401(k) match up to 5%.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a licensed PT
- Must have a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Must be licensed in the state
- Must either have management experience OR at least 4 years of therapist experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
